The Asylum formerly known as the Kooralbyn International School or Lower Campus, is know for its derelict haunted buildings. Its now been named The Asylum due to a former school housing an orphaned refugee who died an unfortunate death on the premises .
The ghost of an orphaned student, named Lucian, the crying soul, appears as a real ‘flesh and blood’ human in a blood stained ripped calico shirt, blue blood stained corduroys with no shoes – creepy much?!
His presence has been felt by students, teachers, cleaners and maintenance workers, who apparently have seen Lucian walk past them into a specific room.
The room only had one exit, and he never came out!
But don’t worry, Lucian’s pretty shy so sightings of him or the sound of his footsteps may not be felt during your time at The Asylum.
Whens Lucian is heard crying, it results in gory endings. Guests have reported every kind of haunting imaginable. It’s a matter of life or death.
Be warned, when you hear his soul crying, you have one goal…. To get out alive.
