Please note that only one member per team will need to purchase a team registration ticket. We cannot take split payments and recommend that teams organize amongst themselves per player price for registration. Upon buying a ticket:

  • You will receive an email containing the required team registration information on the 9th of April. The deadline for returning these registration forms is the 10th of April. Forms not returned before this date risk having their ticket made void.
  • Teams must arrive 30 minutes prior to when their competition starts
  • Teams may have up to 8 members (5 on the field with 3 substitutes). Organizations may share substitutes across teams however it is strongly recommended that only 3 full teams from an organization may participate in the event in the interest of maintaining fair and engaging gameplay.
  • Point-based system, 3 minutes of gameplay with 3 rounds.
  • Points are deducted for rules violations, for more information, please view the full rules.
  • Teams found not ready for their matches will forfeit rounds immediately. Every effort will be made to inform teams of their upcoming matches to prevent this.
  • Match appeals will have a 10-minute time limit and must provide video evidence to referees. Appeals are judged by the Head Referee and decisions are final.
  • Winners will be declared at the event end and will receive a gold, bronze or silver medal after the 9 weeks have been completed
