If there is more than one ticket being booked, every person playing will need to have filled in the waiver prior. Send the link to every player in your team if booking together.

GAME MODES

MISC INFO


All Gel blasters MUST be covered when transporting from vehicle to event and vice versa.

FPS: No FPS Limit. Please use common curtesy when firing at smaller children though.

PARKING: Please see parking area on the map. Please do not park in any sort of driveway.
Please park in allocated parking zone and not on roadside curbs where you will be blocking any exits, entryways or roads. We will have parking attendants to help on the day.

HYDRATION & SNACKS: We advise bringing LOTS of water on the day as there is no running drinking water at the venue. Please bring snacks to give you energy throughout the day. There will be breakfast/ lunch available to purchase from the Kooralbyn Valley BBQ Area Set Up Out Front. After the event the Pub Just Up to Road is Open Until 8.30pm with food and beverages.

GELS & BATTERIES: Please ensure you have enough gel balls and batteries to last for your duration of play. There is no electricity on site to charge any sort of batteries.

TABLES & CHAIRS: Competitors are encouraged to bring tables chairs, eskis, etc, to be set up in the safety area. There is currently none in the safe zone. In the case of there not being enough space in the allocated safe zone, we do encourage teams to bring gazebos as a back up if wanting to have an undercover area to reside. First in best dressed. No spots will be held.

CANCELLATIONS: Tickets must be pre-booked. No bookings taken on the day of the event. Any ticket cancellations within 48 hours of the event will forfeit ticket fees.

SMOKERS: No smoking allowed in the playing area or Safety Zone. Please smoke in the designated signed smoking area and dispose of butts in the supplied tins as this is a natural bush fire zone. (View Smokers Area On Map)

FIRST AID/ MEDICAL ISSUES: If you have any sort of medical ailment (being allergic to bees, having diabetes, or sever asthma for instance) that our team should know about, please advise us upon sign in so we can let the referees know in the case of an incident. If you need to take anything in the case of any incident, please bring it with you. First Aid Officers Will Be On Site.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: No alcohol or drugs are permitted. If you are believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, management and referees have the right to refuse you entry and game fees will be
forfeited.

Game Modes, Maps & Other General Rules May Change on the Day If The Referres See It As Necessary.

A Very Small Number Of Rooms Will Be Locked In Some of the Buildings for Customer Safety. All Buildings Are Open Though Except the Occupied House On The Map That is Out Of Bounds.
