What is the Asylum?
Come test your limits in our dedicated outdoor 'Urban Warfare' themed field, based in the Kooralbyn Valley! Located in a abandoned International School, this field has multiple abandoned classrooms, offices and gardens all situated on a sloping hill. This zone is dense and designed for realistic Close Quarter Battles and intense firefights.

Our field is based in the beautiful Kooralbyn Valley, situated roughly 55 minutes from our Indoor Field at Yatala. Kooralbyn Valley is a beautiful place to visit, with a large resort, golf course, and lots of activities on offer. They offer both on-site camping options or hotel rooms options for those looking for a weekend getaway!

Is the Asylum new player friendly?
Absolutley! At Gelsoft Australia, we ensure that all our events are new player friendly as possible. We even have guides for new players to help them with any questions they have before arrival, if you have any lingering questions, or want advice regarding your first visit to our field, send us a e-mail at gelsoftaus@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP!
What should I expect on the day?
Gelsoft is a very active sport, and the Asylum is a field designed to test your capabilities. Based on a sloping hill, expect uphill battles, staircases and winding paths. We recommend to bring plenty of water, food and sunscreen, as well as the ability to change outfit as days can start very cold and get very warm by the middle of the day.
